As a Board Certified Coach and an Associate Certified Coach, I abide by the rules, guidelines, and ethics of the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Credentialing and Education.

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach's responsibility is to:

1. Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve

2. Encourage client self-discovery

3. Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies

4. Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

It is rare that I am unable to read someone or unable to connect with the world of Spirit in an intuitive or mediumship session. However, it can happen. If it does, it will be clear to us both within the first 10 minutes of the session. If after 10 minutes, the information I am providing is not resonating with you, we will end the session, and you will receive a full refund. We can try again at a later time, or I can refer you to a colleague. Please note that this is different from a public or group event where I'm reading multiple people at once. It's also important to understand that a medium cannot guarantee connection will be made with a specific spirit person. But I always remind people to keep an open mind about who comes. Often, they are the door opener for other people to make a connection.

During strictly intuitive work with someone, the information received intuitively is specific to the life circumstances, work, love, health, spirituality, wealth, goals, dreams, life challenges, etc of YOU. This is very different from mediumship connecting with those who have passed. During mediumship, the focus is on the spirit person, who they are, their personality/essence, what they did on earth, what they do now in the spirit world, shared memories with you, messages they want to bring you, etc. Although sometimes a spirit person will comment on things going on in your life right now; to let you know they are indeed still with you, it's not the focus of the session. A mediumship session is focused on connecting you with your loved ones who have passed on so as to bring evidence of the soul's survival after physical death, and to build a bridge for messages and healing. An intuitive session is focused on addressing the life circumstances, situations, and challenges that are occurring in your personal world to provide guidance, suggestions, and tools to help you make positive change and to empower you to create the best life you can for yourself.

I am able to visit a location and tune into energies there and can connect with people who have passed on (if they are present and willing to connect with me). Sometimes, knowing who is present, why they are there, and what they wish to say, is all that is necessary for them to leave a location. Most often it's just one of your loved ones trying to connect.

Keep in mind that people often attribute an uncomfortable feeling or occurrences in a dwelling as a spirit haunting of some kind (thanks, Hollywood!). :( There are other reasons for the situation. As a Feng Shui consultant, I can detect when what is impacting the energy of a dwelling is due to the energetics of the space and not an intelligent communicator from the Other Side. I can provide tips on how to improve your space.

I do not recommend ever paying someone to "reverse" an alleged negative spell. Unfortunately, there are many charlatans in this work, and I encounter them most often under the guise of charging exorbitant fees to release imaginary spells/curses. The best advice I can give you is to trust your own intuition and don't give your power - or your money away to these unscrupulous people.

I do not perform entity releases and will reserve my thoughts/comments on same. Just, please know that this is another area where there are many people taking advantage of people using imaginary entities as an excuse to do so. Be careful out there.

There are many things that factor into my fee schedule. Just like any other businessperson I have overhead costs and business operating expenses, services of other professionals I must enlist to help run that business, and costs of living and taking care of my family. I charge according to the needs of the business and commensurate with my time, extensive training and education, energy, and talent.

I do understand that sometimes, this puts me out of the financial reach of some people. That is why I offer free tools and periodic free session opportunities through my private Facebook group "A Gathering of Ravens" and periodically give away free tickets to my live events. You can also find me at expos and special events from time to time, offering reduced price sessions. And of course, I offer charity work whenever I can. If you're not genuinely in need of guidance and are just looking to be entertained or "test the psychic," were forced into the reading (someone else bought it for you and now you feel you have to go), or know you will not be able to have an open mind about the process, don't book an appointment. Your ability to be open and to treat our work together seriously and with respect directly impacts the quality of the session. Don't waste my time or yours.

I do not tell people what they "want" to hear. I share only what I genuinely receive intuitively. I have said many times; I'd rather be wrong and know I spoke my truth. You can find "psychics" who will be happy to take your money and tell you what you want to hear. I'm not one of them.

I'm interested in helping people who are interested in helping themselves. This goes for all my work, intuitive, coaching, and otherwise. If at any time it becomes evident that our work is not helping you, our work together will stop. I do not encourage dependency or excessive sessions. In fact, I prefer not to see you more than every 6 months at best. The earliest would be 3 months, but only if there has been some life change that we can address together. Rehashing the same issues over and over doesn't help you.

While readings can have predictive elements, you should know that no one can guarantee their predictions because the future is not set in stone. Our lives are not static. You are creating your world in every moment by the choices you are making. I can offer probabilities and potentials based on where your energy is at the time of your session. A lot of people fear that an intuitive will predict death or disaster for them. I do not predict death or disaster. I'm not typically shown this type of information, and I believe that's for good reason. My job is to guide and empower. Scaring you serves no purpose.

I believe in honoring people's boundaries, including their energetic ones and if I have not been given permission by someone to read them, I don't.

Let's start with mediumship. While I understand that you and your family/friends all want to hear from the same person(s) on the Other Side, none of us (not even me) can control who will show up for the session. People who have passed on will take every opportunity they can to make contact. The more clients in a session, the broader you cast the net for potential spirit people who will make contact. You are actually, then, lessening your chances of hearing from the person you really want to hear from. You want to hear from your dad, for example, but instead we get your cousin's friends from high school and her neighbor's son. I want you to have the best session possible, so while I understand why you want to bring everyone with you, doing so makes it more difficult for me to help you have that best session. Secondly, as a medium, I'm holding energy for those in the world of spirit who are coming to connect with you as well as for you, the person(s) having the session. The more people you add, the more energy it requires from me to facilitate and maintain my links with Spirit (and more clients = more spirit people trying to come through). I must honor my time and energy and ask that you do as well. There are small group readings that I offer for groups of 3 or more. Now, for intuitive sessions: The reasons I only allow 1 person per session is first, because the sessions can be (and often are) very personal. If you have someone else with you observing the session, I'm either going to be sharing things you don't necessarily want them to know about OR I'm going to feel like I have to hold back to protect your privacy. (Because people often say, "it's ok, we share everything" and then change their mind when they realize I can tune into those things that, actually, they don't want shared with others. Secondly, sometimes, I can start picking up information for the other person who is with you, instead of for you. You don't want someone else to get the session that you booked for YOU, right? Again, my goal is for you to have the best experience possible. I set these rules for good reasons and it's always with that goal in mind.

You may not record them.

I can record for you if you make that request known within 2 days of booking. I will need to secure a recordable conference line for that purpose.

You will be required to sign a waiver/agreement stating that you agree not to share, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, etc. the recording and that it is solely for your personal use. Once that agreement is properly signed, I will email you the recording.

When receiving a recording of your session, you are required to sign a release agreeing that you do indeed understand how intuitive services work and you also agree to keep the product of those services for your own personal reference only. While I understand that requiring a release immediately makes people feel wary, it is an unfortunate reality in our world that while the vast majority of people who come to see me do so with open hearts and a sincere desire for clarity, connection, and healing, there are a small number of people who fear, do not approve of, or have no real understanding of what I do and have malicious intent to misuse, distort, and confuse. It is because of those misguided few that appropriate precautions must be taken.

It depends. Most often, people are looking for readers for entertainment at a party or other event. I am not an entertainer. What I do is real and takes a lot from me emotionally, physically, and energetically. I believe I was given a gift to help people find clarity, direction, and healing in their lives, thus do not take the gift for granted, and am careful not to abuse it - or myself. Because of this, I am selective about private parties and events. I limit the amount of one on one sessions during those events and I charge commensurate with my time, talent, and energetic output. I start with a flat rate of $1200 plus travel time and the price increases depending upon time committment and number of attendees.
